How do I enroll at EPHS?
EPHS does not directly enroll students. Students must be referred to the EPHS program by a Long Beach Unified School District (LBUSD) high school. Please see your referring High School Counselor to start the EPHS referral process.
Please note that referral processing can take up to 2-weeks. You are free to call to check on the status of your referral once your referring high school counselor has informed you that a referral has been submitted. Please continue to attend classes at your regular school until you hear from EPHS Staff that your referral has been approved. Do not dis-enroll from your school until you have been accepted into EPHS and you have had your 1st meeting with your assigned teacher. A parent/guardian must attend the 1st meeting if the student is under 18 yo. If you are new to LBUSD, go to the LBUSD high school that is in your area to ask for a referral to EPHS.
